DESCRIPTION
ENVIROFILL Ready-To-Use sand filled Acrylic Resurfacer Concentrate is a 100% acrylic emulsion heavy bodied filler coat that reduces surface porosity of asphalt pavement and provides a uniformly textured substrate on which to apply Environmental Sport Surfaces Color Coating System.
USE
Apply over asphalt that is to be color-coated with Environmental Sport Surfaces Color Coating System.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
New asphalt must cure for 14 days under normal summer drying conditions, longer during cooler weather and be clean and free of all grease, oil, dirt and any other foreign matter. Clean by washing with a high pressure water hose or blow clean with an air broom. Remove any grease or oil with a strong detergent and then flush thoroughly with water. Were oil or grease penetrated, it may be necessary to remove affected asphalt and patch with ENVIROPATCH. Areas holding more than 1/8” of water one hour after flooding shall be patched and all cracks filled with ENVIROPATCH before applying this product. Apply ENVIROFILL with a rubber squeegee. Pour windrow parallel to one of the directions of the surface. Spread evenly by walking in one direction and then reversing the direction. Do not “overwork” and always maintain a wet edge. Inspect the surface and scrape off any ridges, lumps or other foreign matter before proceeding with additional coats.

DRYING TIME
One hour under optimum outdoor temperature and humidity conditions. Always allow coat to thoroughly dry to it’s full depth before application of subsequent coats.
IMPORTANT
Allow a minimum of 24 hours drying before playing on newly surfaced areas.
MIX
This is a “ready-to-use” product. Do not add water.
· Mix thoroughly with a drill-powered paddle mixer until the sand and paint are homogenous.
Yield: Approximately 200 to 450 Sq. Ft. per Pail, Depending On Surface Texture
