DESCRIPTION
EnviroBond is a clear, one-component acrylic polymer designed to facilitate the adhesion of acrylic coatings on Portland cement concrete and badly weathered asphalt recreational surfaces.
USE
EnviroBond is intended to enhance the adhesion of acrylic products to various base substrates. Priming of asphalt surfaces is only necessary if existing asphalt is too badly weathered to establish a strong bond with the Acrylic Resurfacer.
APPLICATOR
Use a standard squeegee with a 50 to 70 durometer, flexible rubber blade up to 48” in width, or a straight edge.
DRYING TIME
EnviroBond must be allowed to cure a minimum of 2 hours under most conditions before applying additional acrylic coatings. Under no circumstances should EnviroBond be left uncovered overnight.
MIXING
EnviroBond is pre-mixed. Do not add water. Stir well before using.
COVERAGE
The- coverage rate is approximately 0.040 - 0.050 gallons per square yard, per application (approximately 200 square feet per gallon).
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply when surface temperature is below 50º F (10º C) or when rain or high humidity is imminent. Do not apply if surface temperature is above 130º F (55º C). Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Keep from freezing. Do not store in direct sunlight.
