Over the years most court owners came to realize that repair work done during resurfacing generally only lasted a year or two. After looking into permanent solutions they found that they could not afford the major structural work needed.

With this dilemma in mind we developed a service called Maintenance/Surfacing. Maintenance/Surfacing started out as a service that provided yearly or bi-yearly patching and surfacing for these marginal courts. We were simply trying to help these court owners keep their proverbial fingers in the dike, so to speak, until they could amass enough funds for the eventual major expense of reconstruction.

We have since discovered that many owners of good courts prefer Maintenance/surfacing to standard Resurfacing. The reason for this is clear. Maintenance/Surfacing costs very little or nothing more than standard Resurfacing and with Maintenance/Surfacing your court is patched and surfaced every two years compared to Resurfacing which is done every 4 or 5 years. We now have over 60 courts on our Maintenance/Surfacing program.
